To manage our daily accounting and financial operations, we are looking for a top-tier bookkeeper who is skilled with NetSuite and QuickBooks Online. Our ideal applicant will have a solid background in bookkeeping, an excellent attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and cooperatively in a team.
We are searching for someone in a comparable position who can work remotely or from home.

Principal obligations:
- Enter financial transactions into NetSuite and QuickBooks Online with accuracy.
- Keep accurate and well-organized financial records
- Conduct routine reconciliations to verify accuracy and spot inconsistencies.
- Look into and quickly address any inconsistencies.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online or NetSuite to create and evaluate financial reports.
- Regularly submit financial reports to management.
- Perform regular financial analysis to spot patterns and offer suggestions for enhancements.

- Assist the group with sporadic tasks and projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of Bookkeeper or Accountant experience, preferably in an accounting or financial advisory firm
- Experience in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online is essential
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations
