Job Advert Summary
Clover is looking for new talent to join the Call Centre Learnership. The successful applicants will spend the term of the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and will attend classes as scheduled. Individuals who complete the learnership will have obtained the NQF qualification as well as experience in a world-class call center.
Applicants from the West Rand and nearby areas are advantageous.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Grade 12 / Matric completed in the past 5 years (2020 – 2024)
- Average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy
- Computer literacy (Advanced)
- Currently unemployed.
- Applicants must not have participated in a Learnership before.
Skills And Competencies
- Capture orders reliably and on time using the daily call list.
- Inform customers that their account is on hold.
- Confirm customer orders using conventional operating procedures.
- Inform relevant stakeholders about concerns with their orders.
Sell Clover and Principal products as per customer ranging
- Offer new or additional products (describe features and special offers).
Promote teamwork and cooperation
- Assist team members in obtaining team results.
- Share the responsibility for getting the job done.
- Support the team’s values.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Accept responsibility for the visual administration of information.
