As a Food Service Aid, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving meals and refreshments for SAPS Academy personnel.

- Operating basic kitchen equipment and machinery.
- Supporting general food service operations as required.
- Working extended hours when necessary.
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Grade 10 qualification (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Fluency in at least two official languages, one of which must be English.
- South African citizenship.
- No prior criminal record or pending departmental cases.
- Ability to read and write.
- Willingness to undergo vetting, including security screening and fingerprint verification.
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties (standing for long hours, lifting, etc.).
- Basic cooking and food handling skills.
