We are looking for a sales assistant to join our team! As a sales assistant, you will work on the sales floor, welcoming customers, offering product recommendations, and processing transactions. They start conversations with customers, share info about deals, and help them pick the right products. Success is measured by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do

- Provide accurate product information.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers.
- Use upselling techniques to suggest additional products and upgrades.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints and address any questions or concerns.
- Inform customers about ongoing sales, promotions, and special deals.
- Provide customers with accurate product information.
- Recommend and display items to match customer needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets within schedule and manage the sales cycle.
- Stay up-to-date on product features and changes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and manage refunds and exchanges correctly.
