Transnet: Young Professional Internship Opportunities 2024 To gain practical experience and exposure in a position of responsibility and to prove that his education, training, experience and professional development have enabled him to discharge, in full, the responsibilities of a Property Management Professional. The opportunity exposes candidates to the operations, control, maintenance and oversight of real estate and physical property.
Position Outputs:
As a Young-Professional-In-Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables: • Tenant Management • Lease Management • Property Marketing Management • Facilities Management • Billing and Credit Control • Non Gross Lettable Area (Non-GLA) Management • Risk Management • Performance Management, Talent Management and Capacity Building • Employee Wellness, Change Management and Culture Building • HR System & Governance & Employee Relations.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant tertiary Qualification
- (NQF 6/7) Bachelor of Science or Commerce in Property Studies Property Valuation, or other
- Real Estate Related Stream or Information Management, Data Science or Finance..
- National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
- Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
- Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
