Summary of the Work
Under general supervision, he is responsible for performing routine and moderately complex accounting and analytical work requiring professional knowledge of the theory and practice of recording, classifying, auditing, and reviewing accounting records and financial transactions. The working conditions are primarily within an office environment. Exercises no attention.

Essential Functions of the Job
Prepare forecast data journal entries adjustments and schedule
Maintains and reconciles monthly statements invoices reports and other records of financial transactions.
Prepare worksheets schedules exhibits and summaries.
Reviews and maintains various accounting documents and ensures statistical accuracy.
Determines that all transactions are properly supported consistent with relevant policies and classified and recorded in accordance with acceptable accounting standards
Prepare documents for processing
Reviews monthly quarterly and annual expense reports
Provides assistance to auditors as required
Participates in completing special courses and projects.
Assists in the preparation and management of the departmental or divisional budget.
Perform related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required.
Functional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
One (1) year of accounting experience.
Selected Qualifications
Excel skills.
SAP experience.
Accounts receivable experience.
Excellent customer service experience.

Unless otherwise stated applicants are permitted to substitute two years of related full-time experience for one year of graduate study or one year of graduate study e affiliated with two years of experience in order to meet the minimum job requirements. One year of full-time experience is defined as 30 or more hours worked per week for 12 months One year of higher education is defined as 30 credit hours completed in college or at a recognized university.
