The company has multiple clinic sites in London and is rapidly expanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sales Manager: Dental Treatment Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an&nbsp;<strong>Dental Sales\/Treatment Manager<\/strong>, you will play a key role in converting leads into loyal patients. This telephonic role involves engaging with potential patients, explaining treatment options, scheduling consultations, and providing exceptional service throughout their journey. A background in&nbsp;<strong>customer service and dental or medical sales<\/strong>&nbsp;is highly preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The position will be based in our offices in Westville and will provide the right candidate with support and opportunity for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The successful candidate, will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent sales and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Well spoken and empathetic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results-driven and sales-focused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to adapt to changes and to learn fast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated self-starter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated to make a real impact on people\u2019s health and confidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing patients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educate patients on available dental treatments and recommend personalized options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate appointments and consultations with clinical staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly explain treatment plans, financing options, and next steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build rapport and trust with patients to support treatment acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet or exceed monthly conversion and follow-up goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"c6e9558a51edd25bd7c65c3999f9409d\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: none;
