The main purpose of this role will be to provide quality administrative support to the L&amp;D team and relevant stakeholders across all aspects of the L&amp;D department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minimum Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 year of experience in Learning and Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own a reliable vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advantageous:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevant HR\/Admin qualification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant experience in Learning and Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Specification\u2026<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"c6e9558a51edd25bd7c65c3999f9409d\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4089950667983751\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\n     data-ad-layout-key=\"-fb+5w+4e-db+86\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4089950667983751\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"4472093906\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain a training calendar (electronic and manual).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain a database of all internal and external training providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book training venues as per the training calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare facilitator packs and relevant documents for training, ensuring that the facilitator receives their packs a minimum of 5 days prior to the training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete a checklist for all items required for each training session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the attendance register list to security for each training session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that training manuals and other material required for training have been quality checked and approved by the relevant manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print the training manual and other material required for training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courier\/deliver training manuals and other material to the training a minimum of three days prior to training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the training manuals and other materials are received at the training venue prior to the training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture attendance registers and feedback forms post-training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to health and safety requirements by ensuring all venues are hygienic and safe before each training session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile facilitation reports and give feedback to management weekly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timeously organize catering services for scheduled training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture and keep a record of all training-related expenditures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive invoices and quality check against specifications, attendance registers, and\/or other supporting information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track all invoice payments and ensure the spreadsheet is updated accurately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order training equipment and consumables as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a stock\/asset register for training equipment and consumables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to and assist any Dis-Chem stakeholder with any query related to LMS, including stores, head-office employees, managers, and directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocate the Heat call to the relevant L&amp;D\/OD team member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure heat calls are closed within 48 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate Heat calls not closed within 48 hours allocated to L&amp;D\/OD team members to the L&amp;D manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide weekly heat call reports to managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture all relevant training data into SuccessFactors weekly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange meetings for the department and book meeting rooms accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate relevant functions within the department, not limited to training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the filing system of information is systematically maintained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all department leave forms are submitted correctly to the payroll department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the group study leave and send the leave forms to payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the leave calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrate travel arrangements, e.g., flights, accommodation, etc., for the department.
