Job Description
The role of a Client Service Officer (UIF) is focused on delivering exceptional frontline public service and processing Unemployment Insurance Fund claims. Candidates will be expected to:

- Capture and process applications for UIF benefits
- Register continuation forms for claimants
- Conduct routine verifications of claims and documentation

- Ensure that services rendered meet quality assurance and compliance standards
